Šibenik- Easter and Easter Holidays
This program offers you a unique experience of celebrating Holy Week and Easter in Šibenik and its surroundings. In the spirit of Christian welcome, explore the city of king Krešimir, relax in the beautiful St. Lawrence Garden, discover the sacred treasures of Civitas Sacra, participate in the Stations of the Cross, and meet the Vodice “žudije” in person.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Day 1: April 17 – Maundy Thursday
Departure in the early morning hours, arrival in Šibenik, welcome with prayer and readings about Martha and Mary, sightseeing in Šibenik, visit to the St. Lawrence Monastery Garden, free time, tour of Šibenik fortresses, Maundy Thursday ceremony, accommodation, dinner, overnight stay.
Day 2: April 18 – Good Friday
Breakfast, visit to the centre of Civitas Sacra and the UNESCO-protected Šibenik Cathedral, free time, Stations of the Cross, walk in St. Anthony’s Canal, Good Friday ceremony, dinner, overnight stay.
Day 3: April 19 – Holy Saturday
Breakfast, excursion to the archaeological site of Bribirska Glavica, then Ivinj, Vodice – free time for coffee, lunch, and other programs, Holy Saturday ceremony + Vodice “žudije,” dinner, overnight stay.
Day 4: April 20 – Easter
Traditional Easter breakfast (karitula, ham, boiled eggs, spring onions…), solemn mass in the St. James Cathedral, excursion to Our Lady of Loreto, Primošten, free time, dinner, overnight stay.
Day 5: April 21 – Easter Monday
Breakfast, check-out, visit to NP Krka, traditional Easter Emmaus at Skradinski Buk, free time, excursion to Visovac Island, return.

I. instalment 50% of the amount immediately, representing the reservation, the last instalment no later than April 1st, 2025.
