Medjugorje and the Hidden Pearls of Herzegovina
Embark on a journey through Croatia and the landscapes of Herzegovina, where layers of history and faith quietly unfold amidst natural beauty. Alongside the historical town of Sinj and its shrine, and the spiritual treasure of the Queen of Peace in Medjugorje, hidden pearls await — from the walls of an ancient fortress and monastic heritage, to the birthplace of a Servant of God and the soothing charm of picturesque waterfalls. This journey nurtures a sense of belonging — to heritage, to nature, to fait.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Day 1 – June 27th, 2025 – Friday
Departure in the early morning hours. A comfortable drive to southern Croatia follows, with several stops. The first stop is Sinj, where you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Shrine of Our Miraculous Lady of Sinj, with time for personal prayer. Free time for coffee or a walk through the town center. Afterwards, the journey continues towards Međugorje. Upon arrival, check-in at Hotel Woytila (100 m from St. James Church) and have a short rest. Dinner at the hotel follows. Then the program at the shrine – Rosary prayer, opportunity for confession, Holy Mass, and optionally, veneration of the Cross with contemplation and silence. The rest of the evening is free time, with the option of a night climb to Mount Križevac. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 2 – June 28th, 2025 – Saturday
Breakfast. The day begins with a climb to Apparition Hill (Podbrdo), the place of the first encounters between the visionaries and Our Lady, where you can experience a special spiritual atmosphere in prayer and silence. A drive then follows to the Koćuša Waterfalls, a natural gem ideal for a short relaxation, coffee, and taking photos. The excursion continues to Klobuk, with a visit to the birth house of the Servant of God Petar Barbarić, along with a short spiritual reflection and getting to know his life. Afterwards, we head to Ljubuški, where a tour of an ancient fortress and enjoyment of the surrounding nature is planned. Then, a visit to the museum, church, and Franciscan monastery on Humac, one of the most important cultural and historical sites in Herzegovina. In the afternoon, return to the hotel and have dinner. The day ends with Rosary prayer, Holy Mass, and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, while the rest of the evening is free time for buying souvenirs or socializing. Overnight stay.
Day 3 – June 29th, 2025 – Sunday
Breakfast. Departure to the shrine for Sunday Holy Mass. After Mass, check-out from the hotel. The journey continues towards the Kravica Waterfalls, one of the most famous natural attractions in Herzegovina, where there will be free time for sightseeing, relaxation, and enjoying the natural beauty. Departure towards Croatia at the agreed time. Arrival in the evening hours.

Payment can be made to a bank account in one full amount or in three instalments: the first instalment of €70 is due immediately as a reservation, and the final instalment no later than June 20th, 2025. Card payment is available upon request; in this case, the total price will increase by the card commission fee (3%).
